Rinsing, Filling Capping Machine

  The in-feed star wheel has spring loaded neck gripper fingers, which compensales for minor variation in bottle- neck diameter. The bottles fed by air conveyor is picked by fixed size neck star and transferred between grip fingers this eliminates the need of feed - worm and Change parts for different size of bottle body diameter.


Rinsing Filling Capping Machine

  Neck spider transfers the bottles on to rinsing turret, which has Plastic lined neck gripped fingers to carry the bottles around rinsing

  The spray nozzles have no bottle - No Rinsing spray mechanism, Which saves water

  The rinsing takes place 90 degree rotation, thereafter for next 90 degrees bottles are filted back by small angel to give adequate draining time

  The Main rinser water supply line is fitted with water saving device as well as interlocked switch system acting as under
a ) if machine stops water flow stops
b ) If water flow is stopped from supply line machine stops

  There Are auto-manual switches in control panel to provisionally bye-pass interlocks while carrying out sanitation or setup of the machine


Rinsing Filling Capping Machine

  Duly Rinsed and drained bottles are again picked by gripper finger type spider wheel and transferred to filter gripper platform

  Depending on size of the machine transfer spiders are made with extra number of gripper fingers for slow motion and smooth transfer from rinsing turret to filling turret

  The lift cylinder operates on positive cam lift - off principle and do not use compressed air or spring load. Lift cylinder cam is made of stainless steel and harmonic motion profile to lift bottles smoothly to filling valve works on gravity filling system but has air exhaust Mechanism which removes stagnant air from the bottle to outside atmosphere and do not allow bottle air mix with ozone atmosphere in filter bowl.

  The top of the filling bowl/tank is fitted with central manifold to connect all filling valves to single line vent pipe, which can be piped to outside of the filling the same vent pipe reverse flow CIP liquid is connected by isolation butterfly valve

  The filling bowl is fitted with capacitance type level controller to regulate water level in the bowl through pneumatic ON-OFF valve

  There is no bottle - no cap interlocks provided on cap delivery Geneva star wheel.

  As an added safety, there is also cap ejector mechanism capping chucks, in case, cap is picked up when there is no bottle.

  The Bottles are detected by non-contact infrared sensor to stop the cap delivery

  The capping turret has pick N place type cap pick up mechanism, Which delivers the cap in the cap holders of capping chucks

  There is very special design elevator cum selector hopper. The hopper is placed at floor level and can hold up to 5000 caps. Bucket type fingers elevate the caps and right director caps are allowed go in to the delivery chute while wrong direction caps are dropped back in the main hopper

  The cap Delivery chute is fitted with ozonised water rinse and sterile or clean air jet blow to remove water

  The chute has high level and low level infrared sensors. On Low-level signal - elevator motor starts and high - level motor stops

  The cap rinse water line and clean blow airline has solenoid valves interlocked with main motor. if machine steps - both solenoid valves closes the supply

  The electrical panel is IP 55 grade and has user friendly mimic panel. Mimic diagram with red, green, Yellow led indicates machine status, safety indication and normal operationmerely by monitoring the led indications, operator can diagnose the fault condition


Lubrication System

  There is central lubrication system, which supplies oil to all vital running components. Plus Manual grease points are placed in convenient locations are grouped together for easy access
