GIECL uses International Brands for Its Pumps, Membranes and Pressure Vessels and Components for assuring the Guaranty and Warranty.

The Most important is GIECL has develop its own S.S. - 316 Multi Port Valve (MPV) instead of PVC. Such PVC valves needs frequent Maintenance after its installation & Operation also there are more chances of its Breakages. Whereas GIECL S.S. MPV is Life time Maintenance free this made out from S.S. - 316 hard blocks instead of Casting.

This Unique Four Way valve gives simple operation of Filters and saving important time during Backwash and Rinsing. With this valve the Piping structure are simple and can be easily maintain.

GIECL uses Pebbles, Silex and Graded Sand which is specially developed with its own experience at R & D Department. Generally peoples consider that it’s simple Sand which can filters the water with any sand available in local market. But if it doesn't give the Micron porosity to the Filters then the further Treatment may fail to Operate and it may cause of the Product Failure.

GIECL recommend the high grade Granule Activated Carbon with 900 - 1100 Charged Iodine Value which gives Crystal Clear water for Drinking and Bottled water application. The Service life of such Carbon is longer then the Normal Carbon.

GIECL R.O.System is Single Skid Mounted System and can be Installed at anywhere with Filtered water Inlet. This system consists of Antiscalent Dosing, MCF, HPP and R.O.Memebranes with Pressure Vessels and sophisticated Instruments for its proper controls. System Include the Electrical and Instrument Control panel on Skid. 

GIECL Provides the S.S. - 316 Storage Tanks with MCF for Final Polisher of semi treated water. Storage tanks are with its S.S. Supply pumps and Level Indicator and Controller.

GIECL Recommend the Ozonation for better Product self life once it is packed. GIECL Ozonation System with PSA Oxygen Generator and Air purification system before Ozone Preparation to avoid air contamination. 

GIECL offers S.S. - 316 Re-Circulating Tank for better dissolution of Ozone in Treated water with re-circulating Pump and Final Product Supply Pump with all Piping and Valves. GIECL also undertake the Piping work from Storage Tanks to Filling Machines
